Bebek Tepi Sawah (Bali)

One of the purpose of this Bali trip is doing a family outdoor photo shoot. My partner in Bali, Tati Photo happened to ask me if we want to have one and I asked my husband. Then I was surprised when he said yes. When I told my sister in law and cousins, they even teased me if I'm about to a very late pre-wedding pictures. hahahahhaha. We indeed didn't have pre-wedding photo shoot cause this such thing were not too popular long time ago when we got married.
So my partners in Bali who're also photographers decided to choose this restaurant Bebek Tepi Sawah as one of the locations for us doing photo shoots. The results is not done yet, so I'll upload the family pictures next time. This time I just wanna share about this restaurant.
I like the place where you can eat nice food with a view of rice-fields. The place's is pretty huge with trees and lots of greens. I feel like I can spend time there the whole afternoon. But during holiday season, the place is very crowded during lunch time. Luckily, they got us a perfect table just next to the rice-fields.
What a perfect afternoon! Thank God.

Enjoying Bali

Gosh... I feel so guilty for taking a long time to finish uploading my Bali trip. I got extremely busy. My partner had to go overseas to buy some supplies. Plus, I got pre-typhoid fever last week that paralyzed me for doing anything. Finally this week I can slowly get back to my normal routines. Thank God!

When we planned this Bali trip, David said he wanted to just lazy around in the hotel and not wanting to go anywhere. But as usual, something always comes up and we end up going out all the time. This time we take my son's best friend and his family who owns furniture and interior company to the St Regis Bali Resort family to get inspirations of new ideas for their business. Nice hotel, but I think it's more suitable for the adults. It's quiet there and so hot that day. I make sure my family's wearing all cotton based clothing for the comfort reason. Well, It was a nice hang out with other family though.

I'm wearing my own brand for the blouse, white cotton skirt from Zara, wooden necklace from a store @Galaxy Mall ( I forgot the name of the store), bags from Ck, and sandals from Zara.

Suckling Pig

Every time we go to Bali we always treat ourselves with Suckling Pig. There are four places that we usually like, but I only post two of them this time. One is Warung Pak Dobiel at Nusa Dua (first four pictures). The other one ( the last two pictures) is we order the whole pig from this particular place. So we have to call first to order and pick it up.

Poor pig..... The Good thing having the whole pig is you can always choose the leaner part. I we order the rice plate, of course some of the fat's still attached to the meat. Unfortunately, every year we go to Bali the price is going up but still cheaper than other places. You can ask me the phone number if you want.

Tips: My doctor told me to drink 2 extra virgin olive oil if you are aware of your health after eating this suckling pig. I hope it works. Hahahahaha. Good luck!

DIY Camera Bag

I went to Bali for family holiday last month. Then, when I came back I was so caught up with lots of orders. Gosh.... So many people getting married. That's why it took me so long to have the chance to upload this Bali trip.
First, I'd like to share about this my DIY Camera Bag that I carried around in Bali since I needed to take some pictures during vacation. It's originally Canon's. It looked so boyish, so I decided to make it more girlie by adding a fake fur trim and sacrifice one charm bracelet as the accessories hanging in front of the bag. Also, I changed the strap to a chain which originally belonged to one of my clutch. I really love the look so much. Now, I can bring my Canon camera to any occassion without feeling carrying a plain camera bag.

Vivi' s Engagement Party

At this party, honestly I'm not too happy with my outfit. After I put it on, I just felt it's not me. Well anyway, I am happy that the dresses worn by the others ( the ones you see in the pictures below) look nice. All of them are made by Nancy & Warren Couture. I like Gwen's dress the most. (My cute niece with black and white checked dress) She loves the dress.

I also post Warren's clutch that she design herself inspired by her black gathered lace Christian Louboutin shoes. The clutch's nice but she couldn't wear it together with the shoes because it's a standing party. She's afraid if she's standing on them too long the shoes will give her so much pain. They're very high, pointy and no platform.

I enjoyed the little cupcakes made by Theresia (Warren's sister in law) There were three flavors: tiramisu, chocolate and cheesecake. Yummy.....

I always like standing party because I can just jump here and there meeting people and hang out while at the sitting down party we just sit and watch what's on the stage not to mention sitting in the same table with people we don't know. So, this is the chance I meet all the people I know and catch up each other. Fun....

Party Party Party

Me and my families were invited to a wedding of my parents's close family friend's daughter at Grand City,Surabaya. I haven't taken a picture together with my sister, July for quite a long time. I was wearing this white embroidered lace and white pencil skirt with gathered bias cut flare on the waist. I made this dress separate as blouse and skirt so I can mix and match them with other outfit in the future. Luckily I have this white grey Chanel shoes that Carrollien (my BFF mentioned in my previous post) Thanks to her :) It was perfect color for this white dress.

About this other party, my husband and Warren's husband (they're brothers by the way) were invited for Irama Mas owner's son's wedding. So I decided wearing this green furry dress and dark blush color mini dress with strands of chains as necklace because the dress is very plain in the chest area. Warren wore a nude organza with black lace dress. I really like this dress on her. Both of us wore super high sling back high heel to add more legs since we wore mini dresses.

Actually, I still have another party because we had 3 parties in 8 days, but I'm now still too busy. So I'll keep up as soon as possible. GBu all

One Year Old Birthday Party

This event Enchanted Garden Party is celebrating one of my youngest customer. It's Michelle's daughter's first birthday party. Her name is Claire. Awesome party with beautiful decoration with food corners for snacks (popcorns, cotton candies, sweet&cookies, churos etc) They also have some fun activities like scrapbooking a photo frame, face painting etc. And the dress code is fairy costume, so there's lots cute little girls dressed up like fairies.

The little children sit in seperate dining table from the adults with small tables and chairs. They have so much fun. My favourite is the little girls dancing competition. They dance so hard shaking their bodies. Hahahahhahah.

On my last pictures you can see the invitation (scrapbook) which can be used for photo frame. Really nice!
